appeal my gig

For couriers and drivers in the Nordics, the Baltics and the rest of the EU

Account deactivated? Make a human look again.

Apps deactivate, block or suspend accounts and hold back pay with an automated message and no real reason. EU law says you can ask for the reasons, your data and a review by a person. We write those letters for you, ready to send.

€19, one time. No cut of your earnings, no subscription. We check your case before you pay.

  • Wolt, Bolt, Uber, Foodora, Glovo and more
  • Checked before you pay
  • Letters filled in with your details
  • Refund if the app never answers

More on how it works

What's in your pack

Short, plain letters with your details filled in. Plus one page with where to send each letter and the dates to write down.

Review requestletter 1

Asks for a person who can change the decision to look at it again, and for the reasons in writing. Cites the rules that apply where you work.

Data requestletter 2

Asks for the data the app holds about you and how its system reached the decision. Under the GDPR they have one month to answer.

Follow-upletter 3

Ready to send if they go quiet or answer with a copy-paste reply. We date it for you.

Complaint to the data authorityletter 4

For when the app ignores your data request. Filled in for the authority where you live (or where you work, if you live outside the EEA), with the dates and what to attach.

One flat price. Your earnings stay yours.

Every day without your account is a day without income. The pack costs less than one evening of deliveries, and there is no success fee.

Questions

Are you a law firm?

No, and that's why it costs €19, not a lawyer's hourly rate. We're a document service. You answer a few questions, and we turn your answers into four ready-to-send letters built on the rights the law already gives you. You send them yourself, from your own email, so the app hears it straight from you. We don't give legal advice and we don't contact the app for you.

Do you guarantee I get my account back?

No. Nobody can honestly promise that. The app decides. What the law gives you is the right to meaningful information about how the decision was reached, to your data and to a review by a person. Where the new platform work rules are in force, also to the reasons in writing. The letters make sure you use those rights properly, in writing, with dates.

Which apps does it work for?

Any app that gives you work as a courier or driver: Wolt, Bolt, Uber, Uber Eats, Foodora, Glovo, Deliveroo, Just Eat Takeaway, FreeNow and others. The rights come from EU law, not from the app.

Which countries are covered?

The EU, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, where the GDPR also applies. We can't take cases from the UK or from outside Europe, and we can't take cases from people who live in Portugal or Austria.
