Are you a law firm?
No, and that's why it costs €19, not a lawyer's hourly rate. We're a document service. You answer a few questions, and we turn your answers into four ready-to-send letters built on the rights the law already gives you. You send them yourself, from your own email, so the app hears it straight from you. We don't give legal advice and we don't contact the app for you.
Do you guarantee I get my account back?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. The app decides. What the law gives you is the right to meaningful information about how the decision was reached, to your data and to a review by a person. Where the new platform work rules are in force, also to the reasons in writing. The letters make sure you use those rights properly, in writing, with dates.
Which apps does it work for?
Any app that gives you work as a courier or driver: Wolt, Bolt, Uber, Uber Eats, Foodora, Glovo, Deliveroo, Just Eat Takeaway, FreeNow and others. The rights come from EU law, not from the app.
Which countries are covered?
The EU, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, where the GDPR also applies. We can't take cases from the UK or from outside Europe, and we can't take cases from people who live in Portugal or Austria.
What about the new EU rules for platform work?
The Platform Work Directive gives you the right to the reasons in writing and an answer to a review request within two weeks. Each country must put it into its own law by 2 December 2026. Your letters cite it only where that law is in force. Everywhere else they use the GDPR, which applies today.
What if someone else used my account?
Then we can't help. Sharing or renting out an account breaks every app's rules, and an appeal would not hold up. The form asks this first, before anything else.
What if the app gave a clear reason?
You can still ask for a review by a person and for your data, so you can see what the decision was based on. Your chances are lower if the reason is clear and true. We tell you that in the check, before you pay.
How fast do I get the letters?
Within 2 working days of paying, usually the same day. If you'd rather keep your 14-day right to cancel, we wait until it has passed. The form explains both.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you send letters 1 and 2 within 14 days of getting your pack, and the app answers neither of them within 30 days, send us a copy of what you sent (within 60 days of getting your pack) and we refund the full €19. An automatic receipt is not an answer; a refusal is.
What happens to my data?
It is stored on our own server in Finland, used only to check your case, build your letters and answer you, and deleted 60 days after we deliver your pack. We don't sell it and we never send it to the app.
I'm in the UK. Can you help?
Not yet. Different rules apply there. The App Drivers and Couriers Union and Citizens Advice help UK drivers and couriers.
Do unions help with this?
Yes, and for free if you are a member. If you belong to a couriers' or drivers' union, ask them first. We are for everyone who doesn't have that help.
Locked out? Ask for a human.
Tell us what happened. If we can help, your letters arrive by email, filled in and ready to send.
