When you pay
Only after the check. You send the form, we look at your case, and we email you a payment link if we can help. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. We never see your card details.
The refund rule
If you send letters 1 and 2 within 14 days of getting your pack, and the app answers neither of them within 30 days, send us a copy of what you sent (within 60 days of getting your pack) and we refund the full €19. An automatic receipt is not an answer; a refusal is. See refunds.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start at once, we deliver within 2 working days and the right to cancel ends when you get the pack. If you'd rather keep it, we wait 14 days. You choose on the payment page.
Unions help their members for free. If you belong to a couriers' or drivers' union, ask them first.
