How it works

Four steps. You stay in control.

You answer a few questions, we check the case, and you get letters you send yourself. Nothing goes to the app without you.

Tell us what happened

Which app, where you work, what they did and the message they sent. About 5 minutes.

We check your case

Fixed rules check your answers. If we can't help, we say so and you pay nothing.

You pay €19

We email you a payment link. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. One price, no other fees.

You send the letters

Your pack arrives by email within 2 working days. Sending it takes about 10 minutes.

1. Tell us what happened

The form asks which app it is, which country you work in, what the app did and what reason it gave. You upload a screenshot of the app's message. If the app says it's about something specific, like a complaint or a document, you can add that too.

2. We check your case

Fixed rules look at your answers: where you work, whether anyone else used the account, what the app said and how long ago it happened. Some cases we can't take, such as shared accounts or cases in the UK. The form tells you straight away. For the rest, we email you within 1 working day with what the check found and a payment link.

3. You pay €19

One price for the whole pack. If you decide not to pay, nothing happens and nothing is charged.

4. You send the letters

Your pack arrives by email, as a PDF and as text you can copy. You send letter 1 and letter 2 through the app's support chat or by email. The pack tells you where to find the right contact in the app, and which dates to write down. If the app goes quiet, letter 3 and letter 4 are ready.

You send everything yourself, from your own account or email. That way the app sees the request comes from you, and you keep every answer.
